We have very little turnover, however price points for Lot Rentals range from $380 to $515 and does include weekly trash service. Our Home rentals primarily consist of 3 bedrooms. The standard rental is $950.00 to $1,000.00. We require a background check, first months rent and a deposit of $500.00. We welcome pets as well. There is a non-refundable fee per pet, in the amount of $300.00.
