The Lakewood House Luxury Highrise Apartments is one of the most recognized and known buildings in North Little Rock. We are the high rise that overlooks the corner of McCain Blvd. and North Hills Blvd. There are 16 floors, including the penthouse floor, which is the top floor. The view is beautiful from every apartment. From the south side of the building, there is a wonderful panoramic view of downtown Little Rock. 

Our building offers 107 apartments. Some of which have recently been updated or renovated. Each apartment is equipped with major kitchen appliances and drapes on the windows, including the ceiling-to-floor windows that give you access to your private balcony. The landscaped gardens and heated pool make for an enjoyable day outside. The hospitality room is a great space to have your special events. Maid service is offered at an additional cost. A fitness center is available for your convenience at no charge seven days a week. We have a twenty-four-hour courtesy officer for nights and weekends to monitor our lobby and parking lot. They will walk you to and from your vehicle at your request.
